How to get bettesurf off my chrome browser and my firefox it is so annoying?

I already ran malwarebytes and then went into my program files(96) and deleted the files on better surf and rebooted, then ran my system mechanic and it is still on the chrome.
why does it keep hijacking my computer ? I have removed it four times in the last year and just when I think it is gone it is back with a vengeance. I am so frustrated. why didn't the malwarebytes remove it? or even see it?

Michael I went to extensions it is not there. it is apparently an add on from adobe flash player it is adware and i lost the name of the file. sighs

I'm not sure if this is it, but type into the chrome address bar chrome://extensions Then it will list your extensions, delete the offending one.

i'm sure its a extensions click the 3bar thing in the top right of chrome and go down to settings-extensions. delete all extensions you dont use or recongize with the little trash can icon then go to settings-search-manage serch engine. if google isnt a option type in google.com as your default search engine or whatever you want yahoo,bing whatever i use google i like it
