ebay problem please help?

Hi i sold a iphone on ebay, however the buy said it was broken so wanted a refund! tho the phone was fine! anyways i gave him a refund and he sent the phone back! tho i did have NO RETURNS so that means nothing on ebay, anyway i refunded him a week ago and hes sent me a message saying that ebay have messaged him and said that the money i refunded him wasnt clear? ive used my paypal today and have not had a problem also ive had NO messages of ebay or pay pal? help please thanks

If he has a refund through Paypal, that is where to look for proof, on both accounts. Any issues can be addressed by contacting Paypal.

sometimes payments from paypal don't clear instantly, especially when they are refunds.

but check you paypal account and he can do the same.

if its not cleared then the payment has been sent, but waiting for something could just be banks transfers sometimes take a few days.

takes 3 days for me to refund if there is nothing in my paypal account.
