How can I make an Instagram account?

Is there another way I can make an Instagram account because it says "too many accounts have been registered on this device" as in my phone as my friends has used it to make their account on my phone now I can't make myself one. Is there anyway I can do it online or without using anyone else's phone?

You can't try and delete the app and reinstall it? Then you can't just make an account or you can just type in Google Instagram, click on the first one and it says log in or sign up hope this helped
