Is cutting off all ties helps in getting over ex ?

M unable to move on since after my breakup two years ago but my ex bf has moved on , only m stuck n i am still in contact with him but i feel now m nothing for him so i want to move on , how i can ?
what i need to do ?
he is keeping me on a hook , texts me after two weeks or sometimes luckily after 10 days lol
but it hurts me when i give him all n he even doesn't care for me as a friend.

You should cut off all ties!! Out of sight, out of mind! I mean all contact! I had the same problem. If you have no contact whatsoever, its a lot easier to let it go! Don't go asking mutual friends how he's doing, or stalking his social media, or calling him every once in a while... just cut it off completely. Change your number and also remembering all the bad things he has ever done to you helps. He's moved on and it may help to think of how pathetic you look for still chasing after him while he obviously doesn't want to be with you! Hope this helps!! God Bless!
