Instagram won't open on Iphone 4? :( Help please?

When I log in on my instagram it flashes "error we couldn't connect to your login server, please confirm you have an internet connection, and try again in a moment." My internet is working just fine, though. It was working just fine, and it suddenly acted up. I tried uninstalling and re installing instagram, it still does the same thing. I've also tried restarting/resetting my phone. No help. :/ What do I do??
I'm using prepaid. So no issues with data plans and stuff, besides I'm using wifi. I've also tried forgetting my wifi network, and connecting again.
Btw, everything is up to date.
