I thought out something today.?

I had always wanted to have a blog like mashable.com, makeuseof.com, lifehacker.com or tinybuddha.com – they are somewhat different from each other but these are blogs/websites I really admire and would like to imitate. I have a website name(or a blog title) in my mind that I think is really great and have huge potential as a brand. I've registered two top-level domains(with only one extension after site name) for it for two full years - one two days back and the other today. But I've come to realise that I don't have enough resources for a blog or website that would help me support myself financially( I'm an independent student. If you think this is an inappropriate place for such posts, tell me some websites where I would/could find people who could/may/might be interested. And considering that the to-be-sold items are intellectual and digital properties, can you tell me a way/method to make people trust me, verify my identity and genuinity? I need the money. Please help.
