How to make a website?

Ok so I am a tutor and I am looking to build a website or have some one make one. What I want to be able to do is have a website that my students can log into to see there work and to see there next appointment and if they want to change it or if they want to schedule an appointment. Or sign up and they can pay online, how would I make a web site like this??
Are there any sites to create one or can I hire someone to build it??

Making a website is not easy. Since You are a tutor and not a web designer you need to find some one who will build this site for you !!!

Since your site needs a personalize scheduler as per, per student, you will need a php website with database and a webdesigner who can build it !!
