HELP!!!! CAN'T PortForward!!!! Please Answer!?

I recently just got At&t U-verse and changed router ect. I tried to Port Forward my Minecraft Server and then it said " Failed to Bind Port, maybe another network is on that port?" Then I remembered that on my old Network i Bind the 25565 port. Now I can't Port Forward 25565 and I have to to run a Server. Need HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

You are probably running another server if you are getting that message. I run my own server, so I can answer a lot of your questions, as I have been through most of them.

If you port forwarded on the other rougher, I wouldn't think that it would alter the new one. You can always just delete the old server but just save important world files and plugin configurations.
