Can you Download on the Samsung Intercept?

So i want the Samsung intercept (pink) but i heard that you cant download instagram and that's a problem cuz im instagram obsessed and if you cant download instagram im not getting this phone!! So can you download instagram on the samsung intercept?

Depends on the Android Version.
Go to Setting>About Phone>Android Version
It should say "2.2.2" (a.K.a Froyo)

Or it could probably be the OpenGl ES 2.0 requirement
