Huge amount of users diverted from facebook to WhatsApp & facebook owner thinks that Whatsapp Application will become rival or tough candidate in competition with facebook in future thats why the owner of facebook taken over wajts app.

Facebook has paid $19 billions to whatsapp. Whatsapp is the future of messaging service. People are now shifting from traditional sms to whatsapp sms. Facebook will definitely have something in their mind about the future of whatsapp.
