I need help on bidding with ebay.?
If I get a gift card and then bid on something I want with the gift card, will that cover the amount as long as I have enough on my card. But if I loose the bid and I placed one with my gift card will my money go back into my account?

eBay is tied to PayPal so if you were to get something off eBay you need a PayPal account. PayPal is a secured payment source in which has your contact information and a credit card/gift card on file. When you are bidding, nothing will be charged to your account.

Your PayPal account is charged only after you confirm the purchase. Even after you win the bid, you have to confirm the purchase.
