Yes that is all one sentence.

Are you asking for ways to advertise your house for sale or are you just trying to sell your house by way of yahoo answers? Because if you are just asking for ways to advertise, we do not need any details about your house, that would be irrelevant to us.

If you want ways to advertise it... then put up a sign in the yard, add it to websites that are available for private sellers to promote their houses for sale. Put adds in newspapers, on craigslist, groups on facebook, flyers up in your area and so on.

Since it sits on a mobile home park lot you'd best advertise it with the landlord, or in the alternative leave a sign on the bulletin board in their office. No one is going to want to move a $3,000 mobile home, and you would be asking for cash because there are no loans for mobile homes, plus you would need to provide the title to the mobile home. One worth that little would mean it's falling apart and so you might want to rent it to a male who can fix it up. Mobile homes only last 18 years and after it has been around a long time the only people who want to buy it are those who can't afford anything else, but they would have to be approved by the landlord first.
