Does railwire have torrent caching?
I don't know what it is in detail but I heard I can share files via torrent with any one of my friends with high speeds if both ISP have torrent caching.
Even if I took a 512kbps plan, I could get 1-2 megabytes to share files via torrents?
In bangalore by the way.

You could share 100s of Gb files irrespective of your data plan. What matters regarding the data plan is the upload speed and how well you can seed. 512Kbps of data plan normally refers to dowload speed and this means that your upload speed is still more lesser.
