Why can't i access a specific website?

I was reading a novel online but late at night i could not access the website. I already checked several ''is it down for everyone or just you?'' sites and they all confirmed that something is indeed wrong with my end and not the website. I tried using hidemyass (a free proxy server) and i accessed the site without the fuss, but see i have to be logged in to read novels AND if i log in using the proxy server it only remembers it right after i log in, if i try to access member restricted areas such as message boards, it's already logged out.
I tried accessing different times a day but it still won't let me access. i tried restoring my whole system and other things. Any suggestions to how i can access this site?

Maybe this website is restricted in your area or maybe it is a computer glitch just clear your cache memory for once and see if the problem is solved if not then install any network like hotspot or spotflux.

Services like hidemyass only provide you public proxy which may be the major reason in this case. You can try using private proxy and see if you can read that book online.
