Ebay problem?
I bought an item for $850 on ebay using my paypay account the fund's have been taken out of my account but i haven't received the item yet it's been over 15 days now and i haven't gotten a reply back from the seller either, what can i do? Can i press charges against the person? Can i put this person in jail?
Thank's well i guess what i'm asking is if i never get the item and ebay has to go after them will they go to jail or??

You can't actually put anyone in jail. Simply open up a dispute with ebay and they will contact this person. I believe ebay offers a money-back guarantee, and they would take action against this person. But did you contact the seller at all? Maybe there's just been a mix-up.
Edit: I think if the person gives back the money, there would not be any kind of criminal prosecution. You do understand that there has to be an arrest and trial before anyone goes to jail, right? If Ebay has a money-back guarantee and they repay you, they will surely start collection proceedings against this seller. But you're getting ahead of yourself; you haven't said anything to anyone about this, and nothing will happen until you do. Report this to Ebay and take it from there.

look at the handling time for the item... i assume its a big item for $850. the seller probably hasnt even shipped it yet. so ya look at the handling time and you will see. if he still does not answer after the handling and shipping time is up, open a case with ebay, just search up how to open a case with ebay on google and it gives you all the steps.

open an "item not received" case.

do they live in the same country as you? if so then 15 days is more then enough time.

you WILL get a refund.
