Wifi broken iOS 7 jailbreak?

I can't use wifi on my iOS 7 jailbreak. I will try and put in the password for the wifi but it just says it is incorrect, the wifi works just fine in safe mode but not normally. I know I can fix it by removing cydia substrate and reinstalling it but this happens a lot and it's a pain to keep doing that. Also it's an iPad 2

try uninstall any wifi related cydia tweaks? if not unjailbreak it and wait for a more stable jailbreak from evasi0n
