How does one get through to Facebook to report an abuse?

Going through Facebook to try to report a serious problem is a nightmare. All one gets is prompts, I don't know that I ever got to anyone. I found this page while looking for something else. This page had horrid photos of handicap people falling and obese people eating. It appears to be run by immature people. It is extremely offensive as are their comments. They actually think it is funny, it is totally sick. Don't send me back to Facebook for help as they are totally useless. I got a reply which one can tell it is a standard message they send out stating that they cannot address each problem individually. You'd think with all the money they make they could hire more people and address sick pages people have, set up a better system to address abuse reports. One can tell that the people who are photographed are not aware their pictures are being taken. I felt so sad for them.
