Internet Problem, Please Help?

Its only my laptop that has this weird internet problem , the rest of my family doesnt have this and my phone doesnt either, im using it right now.
anyways, it disconnects from my wifi and it has that star thing by it--saying its disconnected but there are available networks. I find mine, reconnect and it does work, only its "limited" . i cant really do anything with just limited network. That was yesterday but now that I keep trying, it wont reconnect at all . :/ Im so confused.'
please help

1) Reboot your wifi router
2) Clear all previous network settings from your computer
3) restart your computer
4) if this is still a problem let me know what the make/ model of your computer is as well as that operating system it is using windows XP, VISTA, 7, or 8.
