Urgent Ebay Shipping Help?

I have sold some items on eBay and now i'm trying to print off the shipping labels. Every time i type in the package weight it says ''Parcel weight is over max. weight of package type. Please correct weight value or change package type'' but its not over the max and iv tried every package type and i dont know what to do? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

Yes, I've been getting that too for about a week, it seems like a bug in the Royal Mail's system, the only way round it is to take your items to the post office and pay for the postage there.

It could be your dimensions are to big
