Anyone sells on EBay, help me please.... about templates and store designs and other issues.?

How do sellers get their store categories in their own customised listing templates?
How do sellers get newly listed items / hot items or similar items on their listing templates automatically?
How do sellers upload slideshow of pictures?
how do they take pictures of their products / do they Photoshop it
and lastly how do they customise their store design?

I am sure not all update each of their templates every there to list new items within every listing nor they get other templates costing 100s of pounds, then how do they do it.


I really need help. I understand I have a lot to learn and its daunting, I really need help with those stuff and anything else you can think of. please.
