i'm so clueless about how this girl feels about me?

ok so my friend invited one of his friend's from home to come down to celebrate someone's birthday, upon coming back to the dorms my friend didn't have a place for his friend to sleep so she had to share a bed with me. well i was trying to be polite and i offer her the whole bed and tell her i'm sleeping on the floor (this is at 4 am the morning) and she's like, "what just sleep next to me." as soon as i get in bed with her she starts making out with me and we just start groping each other, start moving to foreplay, whispering in each other's ears, but unfortunately my roommate didn't want to leave the room so we just had to end it but still cuddled/ madeout. the next morning (like 3 hours later) we're both wide awake and waiting for my friend to wake up so she could go home. i'm feeling kinda awkward because i don't know if we just did it because we were drunk or not. we start talking and we have this 4 hour conversation about ourselves while listening to music; she's sitting in my bed and i'm at my desk playing some music while we talk. we start talking about our plans for the future and she's freezing cold so i give her a blanket and she pulls me to the bed and asks me to lay there with her. i lay there with her and we start talking more; i told her that i wasn't really looking for just someone to bone and that i'm really just into spending time with someone i care about. she then agrees with me and we start to cuddle, giving each other gentle kisses and holding hands. the whole time i'm thinking wow this is way too intimate but i'm really enjoying her company. we just spent the rest of the time before my friend woke up in my room cuddling, kissing, and talking. we then proceed to go to my friend's room; in my friend's room this girl barely talks to me and i barely speak to her as if it never happened. later we exchange numbers just in case she's back in town(which she says she is often). later that day i see my friend retweeted her so i was like shit i'll just hit her with the follow, a week later and she still hasn't followed me back. i know me over thinking this social media stuff is probably stupid but idk, this girl was interesting. oh and also during the talk it seemed like she was going into some deep personal stuff in her life. she also said spending time with me was refreshing, that she's never really been open to anyone like that before and that i'm different from the guys that she's around. she also brought up her ex-boyfriend a few times and had to state right after she brought him up that she's not hung up on him, broke up with him, etc etc so i was kind of weirded out that she kept bringing him up. later when she leaves she sends me a text thanking me for everything and how much she enjoyed talking to me. it's been a week now and i haven't talked to her and i don't really know when i'll see her again but i'll occasionally just start thinking about her and i don't really want to waste my time on a one day sort of thing. so was she just doing it because she felt lonely, because she actually liked me, or because it was just the situation?

It's probably because she was feeling lonely... Sorry! If I haven't heard back from a guy in like 2 weeks then it probably mean that he's not interested in me (in my point of view) don't feel bad and blame yourself, I am sure there is a girl out there that is just right for you, just got to be patient
