can sue job agency for spreading my job application around and HR personal for embarrassing me on facebook?

Im in malaysia.. so its malaysian law..
i have applied for job in a registered agency and have been aliasing with them thought their company's email on job posting and follow up.. how it started? i call them at first... they ask me to email a person.. i didnt received replies... i email again 3-4days after.. still no reply and this happen few times and then i got a replied.. in the emails i send i seek for update.. then i received a call from someone from the hr informing me that i shouldnt be emailing alot and its like im disturbing them and giving me warnings! for god sake!
then i found another person on facebook advertising job post on the status to email.. i email her.. got replied and when for interview and failed! its ok i asked her if there is any other job.. next day she deleted me from facebook for no reason! i didnt msg her or what! just one simple msg asking any other job i can try for? then after few months (4months-5months) i when to facebook and started chatting with people in my list (mostly strangers with random add) .. i said hi & shy... then she replied "why are you shy?? shy because I know that you have been bugging one of the consultant in xxxxxxxx for a job after submitting your resume??" then i pretended and seek for more info on whats is happening..!!! and ask if i were blacklisted and she replied "yes" ! and advice me not to bug people! .... i have all the print screens from facebook saved... i need to know whats my right and how do i go about it.. please help me.. im clueless and very embarrass... my friends and family members saw my chat! =(
just to add the last part.. the person who said im blacklisted and im bugging in the HR specialist for the agency.. how i know.. from INFO in facebook and yea how does she knows? its the same agency im applying job actually... please help
I need to know my right.. how can such information been spreading around and the HR from that company is saying im blacklist.. job agency are for job seekers we give them money! and now they blacklist us for lame reasons? they even called me annoying how professional can that be from HR personal? and even asked me to stop bugging them? I HAVE THE PRINT SCREEN.. i need help
