Well it's not really me, but my cousin is kind of a loner, and is very shy. i mean its weird just going up to people and saying "be my friend". I honestly didn't know how to answer since I don't know where he should post it, and bad idea to post I'm men seeking... You know haha

I think there is a personals section, though I haven't checked. But there are plenty of dating sites, etc. that might serve the purpose of looking for dates. like the free POF.com

If first meeting with people with a common interest might be more appropriate, try Meetup.com, after you register once, it's super simple to sign in to different groups and receive their email announcements, etc. every possible interest is covered there. you can search for all events within so many miles of your location.
