How to send simple mass message with changeable names?
No software methods. Simple methods please.

So like send a mass message to customers but have the name change to the individual customer.

If you don't want a software solution then I'm afraid you're going to need either a lot of typewriters or a lot of time.

I was going to suggest MailChimp but you didn't want a software solution.
