How I can start a Small SEO Company without Money or Team?

I have done Master in IT. I have no Money. I heard People Run SEO Company with a Single Laptop. I want to know Is there a Real way to start SEO firm and Earn Money without Team and investment?

Anything is possible but honestly that is just so unlikely. You're going to have to put in a lot of time.... a whole lot of time.

If you have skill, then you can start a small website. Depending on your skills and customers your site attracts, it may turn into a company. And company needs a staff, which means you have to pay them.
making websites gives you earnings thru advertisements and Donations(if you get any).

You'll have to invest at least a little money in getting a website up and making yourself look legitimate. But with a low cost website you aren't going to realistically woo any major accounts. If you are starting small, then set your sights on small clients that need help increasing their search rankings on a local level. Once you've got a few clients then set your sights higher. Keep repeating and see how high you can go.
