I got a computer for christmas last year and it worked slow but fine. Now it says the internet explorer?

Is there but it isnt working. It wont let me open it. So now i cant go on the i ternet on it. What do i do?

Try downloading/use firefox, chrome, or some other internet browser.

Go onto another computer, download Google Chrome portable, put it on a USB memory stick, and then use that to access the internet.

Internet Explorer is just generally a bad, non-compliant, slow browser; instead of fixing issues with it, most of the time it's easier to just switch to another browser.
