There are some other PPC and PPV networks other than the ones in your list. Adbrite, 7search comes to mind. If you're promoting a dating related product then plenty of fish is very good. they even allow you to advertise other dating websites which is strange.

However none of these other networks can come close to the reach and market penetration of Adwords.
