I have nokia 5730,utube is oficially bloked,but m.youtube.com works on phones.

if your admin has blocked http://www.youtube.com instead of youtube.com then m.youtube.com will work.. otherwise any subdomains of youtube.con will not work...

Just use a proxy such as proxfree.com to access youtube.com.
