Random internet drops?

So about 3 months ago my pc started going all crazy with its internet connection. It would randomly drop and i would lose all connection. Troubleshooting usually said that "the default gateway is not available" and it would fix the problem (most of the time). But at other times it would just say the the problem cannot be fixed and i should seek additional help. After a while i found that just by removing the usb wifi card(levelone) and reconnecting it would immediately fix the problem. However it is still a major pain. I should also mention that this does not seem to happen whenever i am "interacting" with the internet (like playing an online game but youtube and torrent still get drops). i have also tried going in the control panel and unchecking the box about "turning off the device to save power" as well as reinstalling the drivers. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Try to repair your OS with the bootable disk. The system files may have been corrpted or do a complete scan for malwares.

If the problem remains, then call the ISP.
