Constant disconnect from games?

This started happening last year around summer, and it's been a pain in the ass. I'm not sure what's going on but every time I try to pay most online games it disconnects me. This only happens with a few games, I can play Payday 2 with no problem, but in games like TF2 or Natural Selection 2 it disconnects me. Upon doing a test packet packet loss it comes up with 0%. I have tried updating my router firmware, resetting my router, changing my DNS, turning off firewall and anti-virus but it still disconnects. Also, it's not a problem with my FPS because I'm getting around 60-150 in every game.

Have you tried connecting using an Ethernet cable instead of wi-fi?
