Can someone create a instagram account for me?
My phone will not let me, because it said I have too many registered users. This phone was my brothers, not mine.

I would recommend that you ask someone you can trust because they can always access your info if it's linked to an email you don't know. Also try removing any previous info on the phone. Settings>General>Reset>Erase All Content and Settings. If it requires a pin then ask your brother.

This is something you need to do for yourself. Do you see the problem you're having now? Well, if someone did this for you, THEY would have the same problem eventually. Besides, why would anyone want you to know their personal info?

You can remove your brother's info from your phone.
