What are some good pay per sign up affiliate programs?

Most of those sort of paid leads are obtained through CPA networks, which are a bit harder to get into than affiliate programs, since there is more opportunity for fraud. Bear in mind high paying offers require a more expensive test campaign, marketers suggest spending 2 to 3 times the paying testing a campaign before dropping it. Lower paying offers can be proven or disproven with a smaller advertising investment.

Affpaying or offervault are easy places to find those offers, getting approved to run them is the tough part.
