Facebook help??? Please!!!?

My parents like to keep a eye on me alot. They know I have a Facebook and The problem is that is there a way I can remove or delete my active session? I have a boyfriend who made me a Facebook from out of state who go on my Facebook and I notice everytime I log in it shows it and I can't delete it and now my parents are wondering who that is because they to know my password and stuff for my enail and facebook and stuff. I'm Afriad I get in big trouble. My parents are really strict and are against and hate gay people. I don't know what to do. They say next time If they see something on my email or Facebook again they kick me out the house. They did once and this time I think there not gonna let me back in. They already tooken everything away form me. So right now my parents called the cops and found the location of my boyfriend IP address. Now I'm in big trouble and so is he.
