Is my internet connection good or bad?

Ping = 47ms

Download speed = 6.56Mbps

Upload speed = 0.77Mbps

Are these numbers good or bad? and if bad, how can I improve them?
Used this to test my connection: http://www.speedtest.net/ and we use talktalk connection.

For web browsing and general use it's fine, for gaming a lower ping and faster speeds are always beneficial. My speeds are higher than that but I guess it depends on your area and what package you have with your provider. You can improve them by upgrading your ISP with your provider.

Compared to speed in my country ,it's totally fast!! Light speed haha

That's not bad. I get about the same. I get 5.15Mbps and 0.65Mbps for upload speed and my ping is the same. That internet speed is good unless you have multiple people/ connected to your internet.
