Help with Facebook?

So...my Facebook account was deactivated. For my name. They think my name's fake. And in order to get it back, they need my school ID, or my license. I have neither of those. I need to get it back...how do I do this?

Why do you have neither? I'm sure a passport or bank card would be fine also.

How long have you had your page, Roy?

You know it might be easiest just to set up a new one. Now you know the rules better and you might be able to just start anew. Was it a borderline, business-thing? It doesn't seem like they would deactivate accounts that have been around for a while just because they changed a policy.

Otherwise, contact them again and see if there are other forms of identification you may use to fulfill their need for verification.

Security measures are a necessity nowadays, so I'm sure it's all for the best.

you have to provide facebook with what they want

and it's not that they think your name is fake, you also have to provide proof when facebook detects that you are breaking the rules by creating more than one account
