I cant follow my friend on instagram?!?

I blocked my friend on instagram because i was mad at her a loong time ago. After a day i unblocked her but i can never follow her since! When i click the follow button it says "following" but then goes back to the follow button like i never even hit it. She says shes not blocking me as well. Also she posted seven pictures but it says "No posts yet" What do i do?

You should follow your friend in instagram and also give likes to the posted pics and if possible sharwe with friends.
