URGENT Is this a legit website?

I want to order from here but I kind of feel like it's a scam. I feel like their reviews are fake because I checked somewhere & saw that the domain was created on 12/04/2013 and thats kind of shady. Also, they say they're based on NYC fashion district, I live near there, so I asked if I could meet them. I've emalied them 4 times & they haven't answered. Also, google says that domain is based in Scottsdale, AZ.

They are breaking the law by failing to provide a registered business address and contact phone number on either their homepage or Contacts page. And what legitimate business uses a free Hotmail contact email instead of their own domain?http://www.homecomingdressesoutlet.com/contact_us.html

I would never buy any dress online. You have no idea how it's going to fit and won't have enough time to return it and get a new size before prom if it doesn't fit

It does seem a bit cheap for those garments to be tailor made. But there is nothing suspicious about the website I've seen worse.

there probably a new business, everyone must be careful but there is a danger people start thinking every business is a scam nowadays, If you want to order take a chance your protected if you use a credit card. But honestly if your going to be suspicious of everything just shop at Walmart and Sears, there is always a higher degree of risk on any online shopping.
