iOffer cancelation question?

iOffer cancelation question?
I went onto iOffer to get an old Disney channel movie that wasn't available on amazon or ebay...I didn't confirm the order and it said "transaction complete" I then canceled the order..will it still be charged to my account even though I canceled it almost immediately?
I also don't want to be scammed out of $14.
AND there's a $1.00 charge from paypal on my account, will that go away?
