How Do I Delete My Tv.Com Account?

I used it between 2007 until early 2008 and never been back. I recently got an email from the website about some random site updates. If it was not for that I would have competely forgotten about it. I was wondering how do I go about deleting it or atleast deactiving it? Its no use keeping an account that is close to six year inactive. Thanks.
I just came from there. I was wondering if I could deactivate it or if it had been updated in the 32 months since it was alst posted on. If not delete how do I deactivate?
