Why did this guy block me on fb without us even being friends?

A few weeks ago I started seeing this guy and he is kinda scretive about his life with me. So I took it upon myself to search him on fb. I found a few things about him, but not that much because his page is private. He never knew I did this. I went on facebook after a week to search him again and unfortunately I was blocked. I signed in on another page and there he is.

If i was him i would be kind of creeped out. If you like him then talk to him in person.

probably because he knew he was doing something wrong, so not knowing you already looked him up he blocked you, so in the case you decided to look him up and not find him later on, he could easily lie and say he didnt have a facebook.
