i need help with internet please?
Everything worked fine before . I had like 7mb/s download on torrent etc. ... I brought my PC to my uncle so he could fix something and he gave it back to me but internet doesnt work :::::: before this i got 2 LOCAL AREA CONNECTIONS and 2 RDS (my internet connection). Now i got 1 LOCAL AREA CONNECTION . I used to connect the cable on the lower port but now it isn't working so i use the lower. The problem is :: on this upper port i only get very small connection (1 mb/s) and i want to connect on the lower one but it doesn't work. The green light is on when i put the cable but LOCAL AREA CONNECTION tells me the cable is unplugged . Do i have to create a second local are connection ? if yes , how?

Type in cmd: ipconfig /renew

when plugged in

To troubleshoot I would need more info than where the wire goes

Also make sure that your ip is set to auto mode to do that:
network and sharing center -> change adapter settings -> right click on ethernet -> at the bottom IPv4 -> in general tab set all to auto

When connecting pcs to transfer also make sure that they have the same workgroup:
Advanced System Properties ->Computer Name Tab ->Change...->type in and select WORKGROUP
