Random tabs on my Firefox: Now only about Updating my Windows Driver?
Okay, like the title says - in Firefox (I don't really use any other web-browsing program) about every once in a while it will randomly open up a new tab without my permission. Now, they're only about updating my Windows Drivers - and most are from very odd website domains like "Delivery67" and oddly enough there is a Pop-up add on Firefox that IDs itself as "WebSave" and I'm not sure how to get rid of it. I tried to eliminate the add-on via Avast - but after telling me it got rid of the add-ons on the web browser, it won't detect the Websave add-on.
Does anyone know what Websave is? Is it malicious? Please help.

Automatic behavior like you're citing is indicative of malware.
Try "MalwareBytes" to start cleaning up your system:
http://www.malwarebytes.org/
(free version has no "real-time" shield)

Un-modified browsers are doing what they are designed & configured to do automatically, which is; reach out to the 'Net and bring back all the 'assets' it encounters (including advertising), then display them. The bad guys leverage this automatic behavior to deliver malicious payloads, and so the misbehavior.

After sweeping out the crud with MalwareBytes, make some changes.
FIREFOX: Tools> Options> Privacy> top drop slot set to "Firefox will use custom settings..."> Check 'Accept Cookies from sites' &
â–ºUn-Check 'Accept 3rd Party cookies'.
►"AdBlock Plus" ( ☛AdBlock must now be modified: http://www.ghacks.net/2013/07/31/how-to-...-blocking/ )
â–º At minimum, get the #1 item for malware prevention: "NoScript", which constrains automagically fetching & deployment of potentially tainted assets, and offsets the Microsoft forced install if it's rubbish.
Bookmark and refer to this page for how it works, and how to use it when sites don't fully function and you need to "loosen" script permissions : http://noscript.net/features#contentblocking
Look under the heading "Options", about 2/3 down.

And, get this installed: â–º"HOSTS file" (from mvps.org) which blocks evil webpage assets from re-directs which install malware or trashware. (Vista, 7 & 8 require special instructions; on-page link)
