Can you type notes and video record with the Ipad Air?

Any Bluetooth enabled keyboard should work, but Targus, Logitech, and Belkin all have a ton of nice options for protective cases with keyboards included, such as: http://gslink.us/cTF59w

You can type notes in either the "Notes" app, Google Docs, or find paid & free apps on the App Store that function like a word processing program! There are both front and back cameras for recording, though you may be limited to how much you can record and store based on what storage size your iPad is (16 GB will store less than a 32 GB, etc).
