Strange thing with my internet,What's going on?

Every night my internet download speed keeps on going slow for most of my internet,it's goes just fine in daytime but strange thing is downloads on some sites still goes fast,but the ret*rded thing about it is every time around 5:00 AM all downloads goes fast again,their located in different regions so that's doesn't make sense.(and don't think of lot's of people goes on it,like i say their located in different regions and one of them is located in russia,time set's different and it may not follow with this timing maybe their something wrong only with my connection and not the websites them selves.

Well if it's the same time each day the location of the servers doesn't matter much.What matter is the area you are in.Most often people have problems like you are having at peak internet times for your area. So it may be that in your area the slow downs happen between 5pm and 10pm.You may have good speeds at some point in this time range but overall there is more traffic and you ISP can't handle it at full speed.

What Ed G is saying is that all your neighbors are on the internet at the same time, which slows it down.
