Hi guys, I can't neither install Hotspot shield nor remove from the panel control?

I'm actually located in Germany, and here they have a kinda censorship on many videos on youtube made by GEMA. To skip this harassment I found that program called Hotspot shield but it gives always an error while trying to install it and when I try to remove it they tell that I don't have enough rights to unistall it.

On my mobile it works just good!

Please help me, I'll be so grateful.

1)download ccleaner, install it.
2)run windows in Safe mode (press F8 while booting ur computer)
3)Use an account with "admin" privilege to log on.
4)run ccleaner to remove garbage files then run it for fixing the registery
5) run ccleaner's uninstaller (or windows add/remove programs to uninstall hotspot shield.
6) go to your system folder (c:/) and press ctrl+F and search for all folders and files with name "hotspot shield" and/or "hss" and delete all these files. (but make sure that they all belong to HSS rather than other programs).
