Is Linkedin hard to use?

Almost 9/10 people in my office says it's really hard to use. I want to create a profile, but I feel that I would be lost.

Do you think Linkedin is hard to use? Does it work?

In actual this is not hard enough to use it, this allows you to be clear regarding your personal details and professional career.

LinkedIn is easy to use, and it does "work." I've used it to promote my business and also search for jobs.
