I cannot find a website that I visited earlier this month. Does anyone know how to help?

Unfortunately, Explorer was set to remember only 3 weeks worth of browsing history. I cant recall the name of the site. I've been googling for hours, viewed thousand of websites but couldnt find the one.
The site was more like encyclopedia on establishment of companies abroad and had all the specifications on taxing, registration procedures and costs. Best about this site was that you could compare the jurisdictions you were interested in, in a table. Easy way to point out this website is its main menu. Consisting from discs of different colour and on each disc is a marmor statue of man, greek style. Cool if you read this. Thank you fore hand.
