Which of the following AT&T high speed internet service should I choose?

AT&T high speed internet services include Basic (up to 0.7 mbps), Express (up to 1.5), Pro (up to 3.0), and Elite (up to 6.0). I just want to watch smooth continuous video without paying more than necessary.

I'm currently on Pro and streaming HD through the Roku box works fine. However, beware of their bandwidth caps. If you watch a lot of video you can easily go over their limit in which they will charge for any overages. Plus their bandwidth meters is not very accurate. (Which is why I'm preparing to hop to a competing DSL provider with no caps.)

You could probably get by with the Express 1.5 but Pro 3.0 would be best. You really don't need Elite 6.0. mbps is over rated and has just become a marketing tool to get more money for speeds that most don't need.
