My Google Chrome will not launch?

When I first installed Chrome, months and months ago, it worked fine and I was able to use it for some time. Then a while back a randomly couldn't open it again. I tried running it as administrator, changing the name in program files from Chrome to Chrome.exe (which actually got it to open for about half a second) but that is the only thing that's even done anything. I've reinstalled maybe 8 times so obviously that isn't going to help anything. I researched a bit and someone said to check for a file called old_chrome.exe but I searched and there wasn't. Just now, a file called debug just appeared on my desktop and this is what it says:

Chrome is my favourite browser so please if you know any way I can fix this, I'm willing to try.

Google Chrome update their browser very frequently, and you may have to uninstall it completely and reinstall it. If that doesn't work, you can download a portable google chrome browser, through this website:

It is a Big download, however, once you have installed it on your computer, it will not interfere with any other components of your desktop or laptop. Also, you can download this onto your USB flash drive and use it from there on any computer!
