How can I get the old photos from Facebook messenger?

Me and my friend talked a lot so it's hared to keep scrolling though the conversation to get the photos we've sent to each other is thier a simple way to get all the pics from the messenger at once?
I know "View Photos in Thread" but these are more recent ones I'm talking about photos from 2 years I need to extract them.

you need to go to a computer and then go to facebook.com/messages
